1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or requesting any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a booking. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Our services
Illuminate Engineering Limited provides (a) generator rental, (b) solar and inverter sales and installation, (c) generator maintenance and servicing, and (d) electrification design, installation and support. Descriptions on the site are illustrative; the exact scope, equipment and specifications are confirmed in your written quote or service agreement.
3. Quotes & bookings
A booking or enquiry is an invitation to us to provide a service. A binding engagement exists only once we issue a written quote or confirmation accepted by you. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if site conditions differ from the information provided.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Rental rates, deposits, fuel, servicing and call-out charges are set out in your agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date specified; late payment may incur suspension of service until settled.
5. Service levels & response
We aim to respond to support requests quickly and, for covered maintenance agreements, within the response times in your contract. While we work to maximise uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted power where factors outside our control (grid behaviour, fuel supply, third-party equipment) apply.
6. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe site access, accurate load and location information, and any permits required. You are responsible for use of the equipment in line with our guidance and for securing people and property around the site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim arising from the site or services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, where it arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, logos, images and design — is the property of Illuminate Engineering Limited or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute may be submitted to the courts of Lagos State.
